One event, or no event.

We do not hold funds, take custody of goods, arbitrate disputes, or take a percentage. What we hold is a settlement in which half-completion is not an available state.

    Terms are set by both

    Item, price, and how it travels. Agreed by the two of them rather than posted by one and accepted by the other.

    Neither side can move alone

    The arrangement requires both parties to advance it. One party cannot take a step that leaves the other exposed, because no such step exists.

    Settlement is a single act

    The payment leg and the release happen together. Not an agent deciding to release, but a structure in which one without the other cannot be represented.

    Or it unwinds

    If it does not complete, it does not partially complete. There is no state to argue about afterwards because there was never a halfway.

This does not make anyone honest. It removes the specific risk that one party moves and the other simply stops.

Serah is an Indonesian project, independently run. It is neither a marketplace nor a payment service nor an escrow agent nor a courier. It holds no funds, takes no custody of goods, does not verify that an item matches its description, and settles no disputes.
